Custom-made double-ply soft cotton plain weave fabric, using imported machine appliqué embroidery technology, plastisol printing. The print undergoes three film screen modifications, using liquid plastisol paint to print the pattern onto the fabric. The fabric is then baked to fix the print. Gradient distressed spray painting process, by spraying different colored dyes onto the fabric surface, achieves rich color changes under different lighting conditions. All fabrics are washed for a better feel and texture, are less prone to deformation, shrinkage, and fading. Loose fit.
