Technology: Digital printing technology. Using digital pattern design, the pattern is directly printed onto the fabric using an inkjet printer, achieving Acne’s seasonal optical illusion print. The transition is natural, and the pattern is clear.

Technology: Infrared positioning cutting bed. Infrared emitters and receivers achieve precise positioning of the material, with an accuracy down to the micron level, thus meeting the high-precision cutting effect of alignment and stripe matching.

Technology: Washing and dyeing process. A special desizing agent is selected first, and then the fabric is soaked in it, evenly sized, and then desized. Finally, it undergoes rinsing. The process is extremely complex and results in high wastage.
