Fabric Selection: Polyester filament is knitted on a circular knitting machine, with warp and weft yarns interlocking to create a double-sided knit structure. Both the front and back are flat loops. The fleece fabric is then produced through a series of processes including dyeing, raising, combing, shearing, and fleecing. The fleece surface is soft, and the fiber properties make it almost non-absorbent, allowing sweat to quickly evaporate and maintain excellent breathability. The fleece surface traps air, forming a non-flowing air layer around the body, effectively preventing heat loss and providing excellent warmth.

Craftsmanship: Imported embroidery machines use needles to create a loop sports icon embroidery of varying sizes on the front and back panels. A dual-axis linear guide drives the embroidery frame, achieving a frame movement accuracy of .mm/P, ensuring precise positioning of the embroidered pattern.

Craftsmanship: The decorative stripes are precisely positioned along the designated outline from the cuffs to the shoulder and collar seams, ensuring symmetry and overall smoothness. Before formal sewing, the trim is pre-fixed using extremely fine basting stitches. This step is crucial to prevent the trim from slipping, twisting, or wrinkling during sewing, ensuring straight and perfect stitches in the final product.
