Custom high-count soft cotton fabric, plastisol graffiti print. The print undergoes three film screen modifications. Liquid plastisol is used to print the pattern onto the fabric, which is then baked to fix the print. The fabric is then manually distressed and brushed, creating a natural tearing effect and a layer of short, dense nap. This process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in low daily output. A washing and distressing process is employed, using a specially formulated desizing agent. The fabric is then soaked in the agent for even sizing and desizing before final rinsing. The process is extremely complex and results in high wastage. Loose fit.
