Fabric Selection: Made with 100% cotton using a pique knitting technique. A special knitting loop structure creates a textured, embossed mesh. Each loop interweaves to form a breathable “honeycomb” structure, resulting in a pique fabric with a weight of g/m², balancing crispness and drape. The pique mesh structure creates natural breathable channels, quickly wicking away moisture from the skin to prevent stuffiness. The pique texture is delicate and layered, visually matte and understated, yet soft to the touch and resilient.

Embroidery Process: The front of the fabric is pre-ironed flat, and the embroidery positions are precisely marked. The embroidery frame is then placed on the machine, aligning with the center point of the design. High-saturation embroidery thread is used with a high-density filling needle, resulting in fine and even stitches that clearly define the knight and horse design, creating distinct layers and a embossed visual effect that is resistant to deformation. After finishing, the edges of the design are smooth, without any hard edges, ensuring a comfortable feel against the skin.

Details: The neckline is adorned with a densely woven texture of cotton thread in the same color, echoing the texture of the pique cotton fabric for a more refined and neat look. After high-temperature steam setting, it maintains a perfect lapel shape, preventing curling or sagging even after repeated wear and washing. The neckline remains snug and comfortable against the neck during movement.

Details: High-transparency resin buttons are used, with a smooth, burr-free surface. The center of each button is engraved with lettering, offering a premium feel and durability.

Details: The plaid pattern at the placket is precisely aligned during cutting, ensuring a natural and seamless connection between the plaid lines. A high-count cotton inner layer provides reinforcement, working in conjunction with the outer plaid fabric. Multiple high-temperature pressing and shaping processes ensure the placket will not curl or peel over with long-term wear, maintaining its crisp and neat shape.
