This high-end fabric combines a precise blend of 10% cotton and 10% polyester fibers with a classic pique knit structure, offering both the natural feel of cotton and the performance of synthetic fibers. Cotton fibers provide the skin-friendly feel and moisture-wicking breathability of natural cotton, retaining its soft texture and avoiding the stuffiness and itchiness issues of pure polyester fabrics. Polyester fibers give the fabric superior wrinkle resistance, crispness, abrasion resistance, and quick-drying properties, solving the problems of pure cotton being prone to wrinkling, deformation, and difficult to care for. The pique structure further enhances the three-dimensional effect, with a regular textured mesh surface that structurally strengthens breathability.

Custom-made plaid fabric, precisely tailored to resemble a warhorse, features a Tajima knitting machine with its exclusive dense overlock stitch. Using matching polyester thread, a dual technique of plain stitch and outline stitch is employed, with a high-density stitch density per centimeter to completely eliminate curling and unraveling. The appliqué seamlessly integrates with the garment, resulting in smooth, burr-free edges. Details such as the horse’s muscles, reins, and lance are precisely depicted, while the “PRORSUM” logo is embroidered simultaneously. The stitches are tight and layered, creating a three-dimensional, embossed feel, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship in every stitch. The lettering uses low-density, matching plain stitch to create a subtle, understated effect, while maintaining even stitches and smooth lines.

The collar is woven on a computerized flat knitting machine, resulting in a strong, sharp collar with consistent thickness and density. When folded, it possesses a natural “bony” quality, appearing sharp and energetic without being flimsy.
