The loop structure absorbs water highly and evaporates quickly, resisting loosening and deformation even after multiple washes. The monochrome flat embroidery on the back pocket is controlled by a high-precision computerized embroidery machine, which coordinates the machine head, needle bar, and spool. The fabric frame moves precisely horizontally and vertically to create stitch patterns, adjusting the upper and lower thread tension to ensure smooth, non-floating stitches and a fine pattern with an error within ±.mm. The fabric is evenly humidified with steam, then squeezed with heated rollers and an elastic rubber blanket to force fiber shrinkage, and finally cooled with cold air to fix its shape. After processing, the shrinkage rate is controlled to within %. Custom drawstring ends are included.
