Fabric Selection: Selected g/m² combed cotton. The cotton fibers undergo a double-carding process, resulting in a delicate, velvety surface that feels comfortable against the skin without causing itching. Its structural characteristics act as an “air conditioning system,” quickly absorbing sweat in summer and accelerating evaporation through the fiber gaps, eliminating any sticky feeling.
Printing Process: Uses water-based environmentally friendly ink, with the addition of a % transparent thickener to create a semi-transparent gray-scale ink. The printing pressure is controlled at .MPa to ensure the ink penetrates evenly into the fabric fibers, rather than remaining on the surface. A CCD visual alignment system controls the relative positional error between the printed and water-based patterns to within .mm. This combination retains the breathability and softness of the water-based print while creating subtle visual depth.
Details: The fabric undergoes pre-shrinking treatment to ensure the print will not wrinkle or misalign after washing.
