Custom-made elegant black dense-woven denim fabric, denim circular plastisol printing, priority customization of the original pattern: fabric printing screen, then circular plastisol printing on the fabric to achieve a continuous and uniform visual effect. The process is complex and time-consuming. Computer-controlled laser cutting uses a laser generator to produce a high-power-density beam, which is focused into tiny light spots by a focusing lens group to achieve precise cutting of the fabric pieces. Then, the fabric size is precisely measured manually to ensure that the original pattern and the cutting pattern are perfectly aligned. Stone washing and light fermentation + stretching, bleaching, and softening: the friction between the pumice stones and the garment creates a worn and faded effect on the denim surface. The combination of stretching and bleaching creates a certain texture and stretch effect while bleaching. Custom-made accessories, fit perfectly.
