Made from cotton using classic twill weaving techniques. Cotton has a naturally soft and smooth feel, is gentle on the skin, and highly absorbent and breathable. The fine twill weave, created by the diagonal warp and weft threads, gives the fabric a natural structure, accelerating airflow for a cool and breathable feel in summer and warm yet lightweight in winter. (Custom deep navy blue color using an active environmentally friendly dyeing process, resulting in rich, even color and excellent colorfastness.) Featuring the retro logo, the trousers are hand-printed using plastisol and a three-stage precise scraping process. A white base is layered over a dark blue fabric, and then the prints are layered to create a pattern thickness of [mm], resulting in a slightly frosted, aged texture with a three-dimensional embossed feel. After the scraping process, the prints are cured at high temperature, allowing the plastisol and the tight texture of the twill cotton to blend perfectly. The finished pattern has sharp, clear edges, distinct layers, and no color bleeding.

The waistband is made of double-layer twill cotton composite fabric, sourced from the same material as the trouser body, with uniform thickness and high-temperature setting treatment, giving it superior resistance to deformation. It will not loosen or curl even after long-term wear and washing, maintaining a neat and clean appearance.

The placket uses a fine overlock and covert stitching technique, with even stitch spacing, consistent edge width, and tight, concealed seams. This ensures both the durability of the placket and a clean, neat appearance with no loose threads.
