The front panel is made of high-count cotton yarn using a high warp density and low weft density weaving process to create a lightweight fabric with excellent breathability. The surface is smooth and flat, with a silky feel, while retaining the natural skin-friendly properties of cotton, providing a comfortable and unobtrusive feel against the skin. Due to the tightly arranged warp yarns, the fabric surface exhibits a longitudinal texture and a soft sheen, enhancing its luxurious visual appeal.

The back panel uses high-count spinning technology, weaving extremely fine wool yarn into a moderately dense fabric that is soft and skin-friendly to the touch, with a delicate velvety feel. The natural hollow structure of wool fibers traps still air, forming an excellent insulating layer, providing good warmth even in a lightweight fabric.

Below the back collar, the high-precision computerized embroidery machine controls the coordinated operation of the machine head, needle bar, and spool. The fabric frame moves precisely horizontally and vertically to create stitch patterns. The tension of the upper and lower threads is adjusted to ensure smooth, even stitches without loose threads, resulting in anagram embroidery with an error within ±.mm.

The ironing technician turns the collar up and irons it from the bottom up with high-temperature steam, applying pressure to smooth out wrinkles. The process is repeated on the right side. The neckline is then ironed into a curved shape, and the back collar is pressed down to maintain its crispness. The shoulders and sleeves are treated with a suspended method to avoid pressing the edges flat. After adjusting the fiber density using the ironing technician’s “push, gather, and pull” techniques, the shirt better conforms to the body’s curves.
