Fabric Selection: Made from lightweight fleece cotton fabric. High-density cotton fibers create a difference between the inner and outer layers within a single fabric. The outer layer is plain-weave, tight, and durable, while the inner layer features a short, dense nap created through a brushing process. The dense plain-weave structure is windproof and splash-proof, while the brushed fleece feels soft against the skin. The short nap is treated to eliminate static electricity and prevent it from sticking to the skin. A very small amount of grooved polyester moisture-wicking yarn is embedded in the cotton fibers, using capillary action to quickly guide sweat from the inner fleece layer to the outer layer for evaporation, solving the problem of fleece being stuffy.

Process: By actively intervening in the shrinkage potential of the cotton fibers, the fabric has achieved a transition from being volatile to stable, improving dimensional stability and making it less prone to deformation and wrinkles.

Process: A high-saturation pattern is created on the center of the hood using plastisol printing. Even pressure from the squeegee is applied in multiple stages to ensure full penetration and coverage of the plastisol. After high-temperature curing, the pigment and cotton fibers bond firmly. The ink absorption and penetration properties of the cotton fibers prevent the design from easily fading due to friction.
