Fabric Selection: Made with 100% recycled nylon fabric, woven into a tightly woven and durable material using advanced textile technology. This enhances the skeletal strength, effectively blocking cold winds and locking in the warm air generated by the down layer. The tight weaving process and special treatment give it waterproof and windproof properties, creating a lotus leaf effect on the surface. It is also wrinkle-resistant, deformation-resistant, and easy to care for.

Ling Selection: The lining uses a caramel brown nylon fabric woven with 100% polyamide. When folded, it creates a striking color contrast, like molten gold from a sunset poured into a deep night sky. Polyamide fibers are known for their extremely high strength and excellent skin-friendliness, with a silky smooth touch, avoiding the friction and discomfort that can occur when wearing thick underwear. Working in conjunction with the outer nylon layer, it creates a breathable, heat-locking, and extremely comfortable microclimate, providing constant warmth without feeling stuffy or restrictive.

High-quality filling: Made with white duck down with a loft of 100g, ensuring superior warmth. The down undergoes rigorous selection and processing to prevent leakage.

Details: A 1cm higher stand-up collar that fits the neckline without being constricting, providing warmth like a “second skin” in the cold wind. The beveled seam at the collar and zipper avoids the stiffness of a traditional stand-up collar, adding a touch of dynamism when turning your head.

Double metal adjustment buckles are built into the hem; a gentle pull down tightens the waistline, while pulling up restores a relaxed silhouette—sleek and tailored for commuting, and free and unrestricted for outdoor activities. The metal surface of the adjustment buckles is PVD-coated, making them wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable.

Quilting Process: A computerized quilting machine is used to divide the fabric into individual pile squares. The stitch length is strictly controlled within needles/cm, and the stitch error does not exceed .mm. High-strength nylon thread is used, with a tensile strength test reaching N (approximately kg load capacity), eliminating the problem of down leakage due to thread breakage.
