Fabric Selection: Made with the brand’s signature nylon fabric, offering performance comparable to traditional nylon, featuring high strength, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance. Its lightweight texture and waterproof function make it suitable for various occasions. Wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying, it’s also easy to care for daily. Process: The nylon fabric is flattened on a stamping machine. Under computer control, the upper die moves downwards at extremely high speed and pressure. The sharp blade, under pressure, cleanly cuts the nylon fibers instantly, like a paper cutter, completing the entire process in milliseconds. Precise calculations create a triangle logo shape with smooth, burr-free edges. Finally, an embroidery machine sews two triangle logos, one large and one small, onto the front panel along the edge of the smaller logo, with even and smooth stitching.

High-Quality Filling: Made with white duck down, weighing [g] grams, ensuring excellent warmth. The fleece undergoes rigorous selection and processing to prevent down leakage, ensuring durability.
