Front Fabric Selection: Made with the brand’s signature recycled nylon fabric, offering performance comparable to traditional nylon, boasting high strength, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance. Its lightweight texture and waterproof properties make it suitable for various occasions. Wrinkle-resistant and quick-drying, it’s also easy to care for.

Other Fabric Selection: Woven from cotton fibers, the fabric is tightly woven and smooth. Its high-density structure enhances durability, reduces pilling and deformation, and provides excellent wrinkle resistance. Cotton fibers are naturally skin-friendly, breathable, and moisture-wicking, resulting in a soft, non-irritating feel against the skin.

Craftsmanship: A bias-cut strip is used to wrap the jacket, with a width controlled to approximately [cm]. The edges of the two layers are aligned and folded together, with the seams hidden within the layers. It is then secured using “anchor points.” This creates a seamless finish on both sides, with all seams completely covered, preventing slippage during wear.

Process: The cotton fabric is evenly humidified with steam, then pressed against an elastic rubber blanket by heated rollers, forcing the fibers to shrink. Finally, it is cooled with cold air to fix its shape.
